Sergey Anokhin

Sergey Anokhin is the current Senior Vice President and CFO at Rostelecom. Sergey has previously held the positions of Head of Finance and Planning Department at Bank of Moscow, Senior Vice-president and CFO Middle Corporate Business at VTB, and Vice-president and Deputy CFO at VTB24. Their responsibilities have included reporting function supervision, structured deals support, business-lines performance control and analysis, presentation to the Board, analytical support of business planning and cost-control processes, participation in the project of VTB Group corporate management reorganization, product control and financial modeling processes settlement, driving cost allocation (ABC) and customer profitability methodology development, and responsible for corporate data warehouse implementation.

Sergey Anokhin attended the VTB Corporate University for their Corporate MBA program. Sergey also attended the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they studied financial information in corporate management and financial management.
