Bartosz Kuc

Bartosz Kuc has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bartosz began their career as an Instructor at BARTBO in 2015 and later worked as a Customer Service Sales Specialist at SAD in 2016. In the same year, they also served as a Product Manager at Zalamo. Bartosz then transitioned to the field of recruitment, working as a Recruiter at Goldman Recruitment from July to September 2017, and as an Associate Recruiter from September 2017 to July 2018. Bartosz then joined Google as an HR Support, where they managed onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes. Bartosz utilized various technologies, such as Excel, SharePoint, and VBA, during their time at Google. In 2019, Bartosz joined Accenture as a Reporting Performance Analyst for a brief period before moving to RTB House. At RTB House, they held the role of HR Process Owner, where they built and implemented global HR processes. Bartosz was later promoted to Team Lead of Global HR Processes & Data Analysis, responsible for creating and managing the company's internal HR Management System and leading a team in data analysis and reporting.

Bartosz Kuc has a Master's degree in Big Data - Data analysis from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information management from Jagiellonian University from 2016 to 2019. In 2015 to 2016, they completed an Engineer's degree in Chemical Technology/Technician from AGH University of Krakow.

Additionally, Bartosz Kuc has obtained various certifications, including UX-PM Level 1 and Analytics in UX Level 1 from UXalliance and Symetria, respectively. Bartosz has also completed several courses on data analytics and machine learning through Coursera, such as Achieving Advanced Insights with BigQuery, Applying Machine Learning to your Data with GCP, Creating New BigQuery Datasets and Visualizing Insights, Exploring and Preparing your Data with BigQuery, and From Data to Insights with Google Cloud Specialization. Bartosz also holds a certification titled Polska Szkoła Trenerów 7 from the European Students' Forum AEGEE-Poznan.
