Daniel Surmacz

Daniel Surmacz is the COO at RTB House. Daniel has previously worked as the founder at Feeldate, and as a co-founder at Coaching Polska and at Human Panel. Additionally, they have held positions at Supercharge Capital, Adlook, Therapify, and Netguru. Surmacz has a wealth of experience in the startup industry and has been working in various startups since 2008.

Daniel Surmacz reports to Robert Dyczkowski, CEO. They work with Jakub Ratajczak - Managing Director, APAC, Bartłomiej Romański - CTO, and Anna Jankowska - VP, Global Partnerships.
