Danuta Sadowska

Danuta Sadowska is an experienced professional currently serving as a Processes Controller at RTB House since September 2018, where responsibilities include reviewing processes, writing procedures, and conducting quality controls with KPI reporting. Prior experience includes roles at JLL, where Danuta managed a multicultural team of up to 33 analysts, handled financial lease administration, and supported operational issue resolution. Danuta also held positions as Operational Lead and Lease Analyst, focusing on managing operations, financial analysis, budgeting, and training new joiners. Danuta's earlier experience includes self-employment at Melio, where an experience gifts shop was created and managed, as well as roles in the travel industry, including management positions at Furnel Travel International and customer service at Net Travel. Danuta holds a Master's degree in Italian Studies from the University of Warsaw, with additional education from Universita degli Studi G. D'Annunzio Pescara-Chieti and other institutions.
