Cécile Lavis is an HR Business Partner at RTBF, specializing in change management and organizational transformation. With a strong background in human resources, Cécile’s previous roles include HR Officer positions at Elia and Bruegel, and a Consultant at Accenture, where they focused on improving HR processes and talent management. Cécile co-owns FINELIO, an independent ICT consulting company, and has also worked as a Project Manager for the International Post Corporation.
