Frédéric Olivier

Frédéric Olivier has extensive work experience in the fields of learning strategies, talent development, corporate universities, and risk management. Frédéric has held various roles throughout their career, including Head of RTBF Academy, Internal Communication, Talent Management, HR diversity and Change Management Office at RTBF; Consultant in Learning Strategies, Talent Development, and Corporate Universities as a freelancer; Head of Learning and Corporate University at Dexia; Head of the training department at Febelfin; and Head of sales and management trainings at Artesia Banking Corporation. Frédéric also worked as an Underwriter at Artesia Mortgage Capital Corp. and held roles as a Trainer and Risk Management Officer at Bacob.

Frédéric Olivier completed their undergraduate education from 1985 to 1990 at UCLouvain, Mons, where they obtained a degree in Economics with a focus on Ingénieur commercial et de gestion. The specific field of study during this period was economics.
