Lucas Contor

Lucas Contor is a skilled media professional with experience in broadcasting and translation. Currently serving as a rotating producer at the European Broadcasting Union since September 2023, Lucas also holds the position of media manager at RTBF, focusing on news coordination for the foreign news desk since February 2021. Prior roles include translator at the Embassy of Chile in Belgium in early 2020 and a long-term position managing psychiatric summary files at VIVALIA from June 2014 to 2020. Earlier work experience includes a student job at the executive office's department of Union Ardennaise des Pepinieristes. Lucas obtained a Master’s degree in Translation with a professional focus on International & European Affairs from Université catholique de Louvain and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation & Interpreting from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
