Lucile Struyf

Lucile Struyf is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as HRBP for the General Directorate of Technologies at RTBF since August 2014, Lucile provides strategic HR guidance and coaching to management. Previous roles include Coordinator of Well-Being and Recruitment and Mobility Specialist at RTBF, where Lucile focused on employee well-being initiatives and conducted around 80 recruitment processes annually. Prior experiences include HR Officer at Hôpital Erasme, Human Resources Manager and Executive at uMedia, Consultant Payroll at Partena, and Assistant HR at PointCulture. Lucile holds a Master's degree in Labor Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in School and Career Guidance at Université catholique de Louvain.
