Patrick Todd

Patrick Todd has an extensive background in human resources, public safety, and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Vice-President of HR and Public Relations at RTC Communications, Patrick previously held the title of Manager of Human Resources at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. With experience as a Security Enforcement Supervisor and Reserve Police Officer at Loogootee Police Department, Patrick also co-owned and worked as an Investigator at Serenity Investigations and Consulting, LLC. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University.
