Bill Mickow

Bill Mickow is a professional with extensive experience in Information Technology. Bill has held various leadership positions in several companies, including RTC and Follett, where Bill was responsible for enterprise shared services, application development, infrastructure, project management, and cybersecurity. Mickow led IT separation of business units during the Follett family divestiture and has a background in implementing CRM systems, automation, and improving operational efficiencies. Bill holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
