Dean Richards

Dean Richards is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product design and prototype development. Currently serving as Prototype Development Manager at RTC since May 2016, Dean oversees the in-house production facility and manages prototype projects with an emphasis on joinery. Previously held positions include Mechanical Design Engineer at RTC, Product Design Engineer at Tech21, and Senior Mechanical Tooling Engineer at AWE, among others. Dean’s career began with multiple design and engineering roles, accumulating extensive experience in the design and production of innovative products across various industries. Education was received at Kingston College, from 2002 to 2004.
