John Aiello

John Aiello is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at RTC since July 2019, John manages engineering projects from inception to completion, specializing in design creation and environmental development. As a Principal Consultant at Fratello Designs, John focuses on engineering workflow analysis and the mechanical design of high-tech products. Previously held significant roles including Senior Product Design Engineer at PremierXD and Mechanical Design Engineer at Cascade Corporation, where John contributed to product development and manufacturing processes. With a solid foundation in engineering project management established at Monaco Coach Corporation, where John oversaw high line motor coach design, John also possesses expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Autodesk Inventor. Education includes studies at Oregon Institute of Technology and the University of Phoenix.
