Leef Zhou

Leef Zhou has over a decade of experience in supply chain management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager at RTC since May 2011, Leef Zhou focuses on sourcing and developing new suppliers and projects while managing the supply chain. Prior to this role, Leef Zhou worked as a QA Engineer at IKEA Components from February 2006 to May 2011, where responsibilities included sourcing, evaluating, and auditing new suppliers, improving current suppliers, securing technical quality and processes, and establishing quality systems and social environment systems within suppliers.
