Steve Kaminski is an experienced design operations manager with a comprehensive background in technology and media. Currently serving as Mgr. Design Operations at RTC since September 2003, Steve previously held key positions at Motorola as Mgr. Design Technology and Communications, overseeing a team of thirty designers, and at Optimus Inc., where Steve managed the first commercial 3D computer animation facility in Chicago. Earlier experience includes working as a Video Designer at Deltak, where Steve focused on set design and graphics for video training materials. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comprehensive Problem Solving and Design from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
