Tony DiPaolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Product/Development Manager at RTC since February 2003, Tony oversees the Retail Loss Prevention product line while enhancing product knowledge within the Customer Business Development group. Previous roles include Program Manager at D&D Stamping, focusing on automotive airbag safety components; OEM Mechanical Group Manager at JBRO Batteries, coordinating the rollout of rechargeable battery products; and Project Manager at Tyco Electronics, managing custom rechargeable battery packs. Tony’s career began as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Panduit, developing telecommunication connectors, and as a Project/Product Design Engineer at Athena Industries, working on machine design and quality control standards. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
