Xavier GÉNY is currently the Country Manager for France, Spain, and Benelux at RTC. With a Master’s degree in Finance and Audit from Groupe Ecole supérieure de commerce de Dijon-Bourgogne, they have held various roles including Sales Director and Sales Business Development Manager at RTC, significantly impacting sales strategies for major brands. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Manager at BD and as a Project Manager at ITAB La Fortezza, where they managed large-scale renovation projects for hypermarkets across multiple countries. Additionally, GÉNY was an Auditeur assistant at Deloitte Luxembourg and gained early experience as a trainee at Accor.
