Andrew Sen

Andrew Sen has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew is currently serving as the Head of Finance at RTGS.global since November 2021. Prior to their current role, Andrew worked at Panmure Gordon & Co as the Director of Business Partnering and FP&A from June 2019 to October 2021. There, they were responsible for developing management reports, streamlining month-end processes, and refining the board pack.

Before joining Panmure Gordon & Co, Andrew worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Finance Business Partner from 2017 to 2018. During their time there, they collaborated with the Finance Director to create management information reports, validated cost savings, and maintained a benefits tracker for the Organisational Improvement Programme.

Earlier in their career, Andrew was a Finance Business Manager at Mizuho EMEA, where they created financial models and represented the Finance department in the business combination between Mizuho International plc and Mizuho Capital Markets. Andrew also worked as a Senior Finance Business Partner at ICAP, managing the budget process and creating management reports for department heads.

With their significant experience in various financial leadership roles, including as a Director at CLS Group, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in strategic advice, financial analysis, and business partnering. Andrew also worked as a Senior Management Accountant at Alcatel-Lucent earlier in their career.

Andrew Sen has a degree as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with first time passes from ACCA. Andrew also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
