Solace Sonder

Solace Sonder, MD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They currently hold the position of Product Director at RTHM since 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as President of Zaazi, a company specializing in helping medical technology companies succeed. They have also worked as a Product Manager at Sidebench in 2021 and served as a Mentor at MIT Hacking Medicine from 2018 to 2020. Solace has a background in technical product management, having worked as a Technical Product Manager at athenahealth from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for managing a data liquidity team and delivering an ETL pipeline. They also have experience as a Technology Consultant at The Foodery and as an Information Technology Director at The Sharewood Project, Free Healthcare Clinic. Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Design Engineer II at Advanced Micro Devices and various roles at Carnegie Mellon University, including President of the Robotics Club and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant.

Solace Sonder received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they pursued pre-medical studies at Harvard University, completing a Post-baccalaureate program in pre-medical studies. Subsequently, they attended Tufts University School of Medicine from 2011 to 2017, earning a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
