Flora Chen

Flora Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and account management within the apparel, luxury, and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at R3 since July 2021, Flora has held significant roles at Baidu, Inc. since June 2017, including National Account Director and Senior Account Manager. Previous positions include Digital Marketing Manager at the Condé Nast Center of Fashion & Design and Account Manager for the cosmetic and luxury industry at Baidu. Flora's career began at Hearst Magazines as an Advertising Manager and included an internship at VOGUE. Flora holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of the Arts London and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
