Lucas Braud has extensive experience in project and operations management within the refining and chemical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Project Operations at RTI Upstream since January 2025, Lucas previously held multiple leadership roles at Refined Technologies from May 2019 to January 2025, including Director of Operations and Director of Mechanical. Prior to that, Lucas spent over 16 years at Placid Refining Company LLC, starting as a Process Supervisor. Lucas holds an Associate's degree in Chemical Process Technology from Baton Rouge Community College, earned between 2001 and 2002.
