Melissa Kwan

Melissa Kwan is an experienced programme change and communication manager currently seconded to RTL Group, where responsibilities include managing the TRANS4M Programme focused on implementing new finance processes using SAP S/4HANA across 20+ countries. Previously, Melissa served as a senior business analyst at Fremantle, overseeing a team and supporting digital transformation initiatives, and at the BBC, contributing to the organization's substantial broadcasting operations.
