Xavier Hermès

Xavier Hermès is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and governance. Currently serving as the Business Security Information Officer (BISO) for Europe at RTL Group, Xavier oversees security for multiple entities including RTL Belgium and We Are Era. Additionally, Xavier holds the position of Security and Governance Manager at BCE, where responsibilities include managing a security team and implementing a 24x7 SOC service with Splunk SIEM. Previous roles include Senior Internal IT Auditor positions at Pictet & Cie and SIX Group Ltd, as well as co-founding and serving as CTO of a kindergarten solution company and CEO of a SaaS provider. Xavier's educational background includes Master's degrees in IT and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and EFREI.
