Babu Vittal

Babu Vittal possesses extensive experience in human resources and people practices, currently serving in HR & People practice at RTP Global since May 2023. As a Co-Founder of Yugen Education Foundation since November 2018, Babu is dedicated to social entrepreneurship and rural education. Previous roles include Group CHRO at Ula, Human Resources at Vedantu, and VP & Head HR at ShopClues, alongside positions as CHRO at Reliance Communications and Senior Director - HR at Flipkart. Babu also contributed significantly as Director - HRBP at CollabNet, where the company was recognized as one of India's Best Companies to Work For in 2012. Educational qualifications include design thinking from Stanford University and various degrees in human resources and engineering from esteemed institutions.
