Kate Step is currently the Head of Administration at RTP Global, having begun this role in 2025. Previously, Kate worked at Flo Health Inc. as an Operations Project Manager from 2020 to 2023 and served as a Senior Protocol Officer for the Directorate of the 2nd European Games between 2018 and 2019. Kate's earlier experience includes positions as a Diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and PA to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Belarus in the UK. Kate earned a Specialist degree in Foreign Languages from Belarusian State University from 2005 to 2011.
