Nishit Garg

Nishit focuses on early-stage investments (seed to Series B) in tech startups in the India and South East Asia market. Prior to joining RTP Global as Partner in 2022, Nishit spent eight years with Indian e-commerce company Flipkart, managing various parts of the business – from beauty, fashion and supply chain efficiency.

He applies his extensive operating experience in consumer internet and e-commerce to his portfolio companies.

His advice to entrepreneurs? Hire great people. Being the smartest person in the room is of no value as a founder but having the smartest team is. Always think customer, customer, customer. That obsession should never die down across the company. And lastly, be self-aware. Try new things and have the awareness to realize what’s not working.
