Pavitra Gupta

Pavitra joined RTP Global as the Director for Portfolio Development, working with founders in the India and SEA region. She brings over 14 years of operating experience, from across SaaS, consumer internet and commerce, in launching and scaling businesses, P&L management and business design, customer acquisition and retention, and product-led growth to help founders in the portfolio.

Prior to joining the firm, Pavitra worked with the Tata group for six years as part of the TAS program. Here, she launched TCS’ first ed-tech product and led buying and merchandising for Helios at Titan. Pavrita has also led several businesses at Flipkart and headed up a competitive intelligence suite of products for Walmart’s US eCommerce.

Pavitra holds an Engineering degree from NIT, Allahabad and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi. Beyond work, she is a yoga enthusiast and likes to discover new cultures via travel.
