RTP Learning helps Latino leaders and mission-driven organizations lead with confidence, trust, and impact.

We provide behavior-first coaching, leadership consulting, HR consulting, and training for leaders and organizations navigating transition, pressure, and growth.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief:

Leadership effectiveness is not only about what leaders know. It is also about how they respond under pressure.

That is why our approach goes beyond surface-level skills, one-time workshops, or basic onboarding.

At the center of our work is The BAG We Carry™ — the Beliefs, Assumptions, and Guardians that quietly shape how leaders respond when visibility, expectations, and stakes are high.

When leaders unpack their BAG, they are better able to:

* make clearer decisions
* build trust faster
* navigate pressure more effectively
* lead with greater confidence
* create healthier everyday leadership habits

For mission-driven organizations, we support leadership growth through:

* First 180 Days Transition Roadmap for new CEOs and Executive Directors
* leadership consulting for teams navigating change, pressure, or growth
* HR consulting connected to people strategy, culture, and leadership effectiveness
* training and workshops on trust, confidence, inclusive leadership, and behavior change
* 1:1 executive coaching for Latina and Latino senior leaders

Our core transition offer, the First 180 Days Transition Roadmap, helps organizations support new CEOs and Executive Directors during one of the most vulnerable stages of leadership transition.

Because hiring the right leader is only the beginning.

The first 180 days are where trust is built, expectations are tested, and early momentum can either grow or stall.

Start with the First 180 Days Risk Brief, a free guide that highlights 5 transition risks that can quietly slow trust, traction, and confidence.
