Greg Makusztak

Greg Makusztak has extensive experience in the plastics industry, currently serving as a Technical Service Engineer at RTP Company since October 1999. In this role, Greg provides on-site, email, and phone support for injection molders across several states, offering processing assistance, tooling suggestions, and technical support. Prior to RTP Company, Greg worked at CIMCO Inc from July 1986 to September 1996 as a Process Engineer, where responsibilities included first-shot startup and validation of tooling, troubleshooting production issues, and process optimization. Earlier in Greg's career, from 1980 to 1986, an Assistant Shift Supervisor position at Shore Plastics involved supervising and training injection molding machine operators while managing process adjustments for the cosmetics packaging market.
