Joel Bell has over 16 years of experience in the materials science and engineering field. Since August 2007, Joel has held various positions at RTP Company, progressing from Product Development Engineer to Technology Development Manager for Europe, and currently serving as International Technology Manager. Prior to this, Joel was a Doctoral Student at the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2007, earning a Ph.D. in Materials Science Engineering. Joel also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Composite Materials Engineering from Winona State University, completed in 2002.
