Ryan Sinning

Ryan Sinning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, agriculture, and quality management. Currently serving as Corporate Training Manager at RTP Company since December 2015, Ryan has held various roles including Quality Engineer and Plant Manager. Additionally, Ryan has been involved in family farming operations at Sinning Farms since May 1990. Previous experience includes a position as a Graduate Assistant in Access Services at Winona State University, where Ryan supported students' accommodations. Ryan's background in the chemical industry includes more than ten years at Watkins Inc., progressing from QA tech to Lead Analytical Chemist, with responsibilities in method development and validation. Ryan began a career in education teaching high school Chemistry and Physics at Boron High School and PVPHS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Professional Science Management and two Bachelor's degrees from Winona State University, one in Chemistry and another in Secondary Chemistry and Physics Education.
