Mayte Collado Torres

Mayte Collado Torres has extensive experience in human resources and education within the broadcasting sector, currently serving as the Responsable Gestión de Becarios and Gestión del Talento at Radiotelevisión Española since 2015, where the focus is on student selection and internship organization. Prior experience includes roles as a tutor and professor at Instituto RTVE, where Mayte taught vocational modules and managed internship agreements with educational institutions, along with earlier support roles in administration and accounting at Radiotelevisión Española and other companies. Mayte holds a degree in Public Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master's in Taxation and Tax Advisory from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, complemented by training in emotional intelligence and communication techniques.
