Rafael Bardem

Rafael Bardem serves as the Deputy Director of Programs, Licensing, and Coproductions at Radiotelevisión Española since 2018, while also holding positions as a Professor of Commercial Exploitation at IORTV and as Deputy Director of Programs & Products Sales at TVE, roles Rafael has maintained since 2015 and 2010, respectively. Previously, Rafael worked at RTVE in various capacities, including Deputy Director of Licences & Product Sales and Head of Operations in the Acquisitions Department. Rafael holds a Doctorate in Audiovisual Communication and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as a diploma in Image and Sound Production from Instituto Oficial RTVE. Additionally, Rafael completed a business management program at ThePower in 2019.
