Yolanda Alvarez is an audiovisual journalist at Radiotelevisión Española since August 2004, serving as a reporter and scriptwriter for the documentary program "En Portada" since 2015. Previously, Yolanda worked as a Middle East correspondent for TVE from September 2011 to June 2015, covering significant events such as the Gaza wars in 2012 and 2014, the earthquake in Turkey, and the political upheaval involving the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Yolanda holds a Licenciatura in Journalism from Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera and a postgraduate degree in International Development Cooperation from Universitat de València.
