Charles Ng is a bilingual quality professional with over 18 years of experience in project and quality management. Currently a Senior Quality Engineer at RTX A/S, they assist in production transfers and author reports for customers. Previously, Charles held various roles, including Project Manager at BONALOGIC, where they successfully launched multiple vaping devices, and Quality Assurance and Technical Manager at knitter-switch, where they achieved significant reductions in customer complaints and secured ISO9001 certification. Charles’s background also includes experience as an Electronic Engineer and Military Telecommunication Technician.
