Eric Temmen

Eric Temmen is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in directing corporate IT operations and strategy across various sectors. Currently, as the Head of Corporate IT at RTX A/S, a technology firm listed on Nasdaq, Eric spearheads global IT operations, reporting directly to the CFO and focusing on cybersecurity and technology integration for major clients such as Cisco and Intel. Previously, Eric held the position of Head of EMEA Regional IT at Cheminova A/S, where responsibilities included managing IT for a significant chemical manufacturing site and enhancing IT/OT infrastructure. At Kramp, Eric directed Nordic IT operations, contributing to digital transformation across multiple Scandinavian countries. With a lengthy career in IT leadership at the Government of the Netherlands, Eric has a proven track record in overseeing application operations and ensuring compliance in the public sector. Academic credentials include degrees from Harvard University and HZ University of Applied Sciences.
