Flemming Callsen

Flemming Callsen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Flemming most recently served as the Director of Project Management at RTX A/S starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Victor A/S as the COO from August 2018 to December 2020. Flemming also held various leadership roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and BAE Systems Detica GCS A/S from 2012 to 2018, including Operations and Delivery Director, Delivery Director for Europe & Africa, and Head of Delivery for the Middle East. Flemming started their career at ETI A/S, where they served as a Program Manager from November 2010 to December 2012, and at Logimatic Software A/S as a Project Manager from September 1999 to December 2004. Overall, Flemming has demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership roles in various industries.

Flemming Callsen has a diverse education history. In 1994, they began their education at Aalborg University, where they pursued a degree in MsC Eng Industrial Management. Flemming specialized in strategy and change processes and implementation, and completed their degree in 1999.

In 2004, Flemming attended Aalborg University again, this time focusing on Project Management & SW Engineering. Flemming obtained a degree in this field, with a specific emphasis on computer software technology.
