Katja Millard

Katja Millard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in critical communication networks and device management. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board at RTX A/S since January 2025 and as Corporate Vice President at Motorola Solutions since February 2024, Katja oversees Land Mobile Radio and Private Broadband Network businesses, managing P&L, R&D, and product development. Katja's previous roles at Motorola Solutions included Vice President of Critical Communication Solutions and Senior Director positions where responsibilities encompassed global R&D and innovation strategies. Katja began a career in sales and marketing at GN Store Nord, progressively taking on roles that shaped regional sales and business development strategies. Educational background includes a CBA in Business Administration from AVT Business School and studies at Copenhagen West Business School and Køge Handelsskole.
