Lars Kiær

Lars Kiær has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lars is currently working as the Business Director for Pro Audio at RTX A/S since 2022. Prior to this, Lars was the Owner of Muffi Group starting from 2013. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Create it REAL. Lars also worked as the Sales Director at Chora A/S from 2013 to 2019, where they played a crucial role in transforming the company's market strategy and developing a global partner network. Lars held the position of Næstformand at Det Broderlige Skydeselskab i Aalborg from 2014 to 2018. Lars has also worked as the Managing Director and Sales Manager at Green Instruments A/S, a Management Consultant at Business Link, North Denmark, and an Interim CSO at GateHouse A/S. Additionally, they worked as the Sales Director at Amplex A/S and was the Owner and Co-founder of 2K Coaching I/S.

Lars Kiær received their education in international business at Aarhus University from 1996 to 1998. Lars pursued a degree known as Cand.Merc.Int during their time there, specializing in the field of international business.
