Lawrence Ching

Lawrence Ching serves as the Global Quality Director in SCM at RTX A/S since July 2023. Previously, Ching held the position of Senior Global VAVE Manager at Season Group from October 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing key account project management and VAVE engineering activities. From October 2003 to December 2019, Ching was the Managing Director and founder of ECLOGIC, which achieved significant revenue through product design across multiple disciplines. Prior to that, Ching worked as Technical Director at 偉易達 from January 1992 to October 2003, overseeing a large engineering team and substantial budgets. Ching began a career in R&D as an engineer at ASTEC RF Product Division from 1988 to 1992, focusing on satellite receivers and mobile phone design. Ching holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong.
