Aaron McKnight

Aaron McKnight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce intelligence and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at RTX since June 2019, Aaron focuses on client relations and project initiatives within the corporate Workforce Intelligence team. Prior to this role, Aaron held several positions at Collins Aerospace, including Manager of Workforce Intelligence and Manager of HR Business Partner, supporting key functions within the organization. Aaron's earlier career included roles as Principal Specialist in Employee Relations and a Senior Change Management Specialist. Aaron began professional development in the US Navy as an Intelligence Specialist, contributing to training and operations. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego.
