Adam Gravseth

Adam Gravseth is a Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience in operations and logistics management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at RTX since 2024, they oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and quality throughout product lifecycles. Adam previously held roles at the United States Marine Corps, where they coordinated vital logistics during humanitarian efforts and conflict zones, and worked with Raytheon Technologies in supply chain management, achieving significant cost reductions and process improvements. They earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the United States Naval Academy.
