Adam Lee

Senior Principle RF Design Engineer

Adam Lee has extensive experience in RF engineering, having worked in various roles since 1988. At Harris Corporation from 2004 to 2010, Adam served as Lead RF Engineer, where contributions included developing a power amplifier for the PRC-117G and exploring broadband power amplifier designs using GaN and SiC technologies. Prior to that, Adam worked with the United States Air Force and REMEC/Q-Bit, focusing on scientific measurement training and RF amplifier development. From 2010 to 2020, Adam held the position of Principal RF Engineer at Harris RF Communications, leading efforts in rapid prototyping and RF system design. Currently, Adam is a Senior Principal RF Design Engineer at Raytheon Technologies, where responsibilities include designing modules for land-based phased-array radar systems. Adam holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
