Adam Samarillo is a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel of Corporate Governance and Treasury at RTX, a position held since 2024. They previously served as Counsel for Business Development (M&A) at Pratt & Whitney and were part of the mergers and acquisitions team at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 2006 to 2015. In addition, Adam contributed to Lawyers Without Borders as the London Office Representative from 2009 to 2010.
