Aditya Jain

Aditya Jain is a Principal Research Engineer specializing in electromagnetics at RTX. They have a diverse background in research and engineering, with experience in integrated photonics, metamaterials, and various photonic integrated circuit designs. Aditya previously held positions as a Staff Engineer at Seagate Technology and a Postdoctoral Scholar at UC Santa Barbara, where they conducted innovative research on high-speed optical devices. They earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Microelectronics and Photonics from Iowa State University, where they also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Aditya's early experience includes internships at Lucy Electric and Global Transformers & Switchgears FZCO.
