Alejandro La Luz is currently the Associate Director of Learning Operations at RTX, where they focus on operational excellence as Chief of Staff. Previously, Alejandro contributed to Collins Aerospace in various roles, including Customer Service & SIOP Manager and Senior Manager of Workforce Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With a background in mechanical engineering and a history of working in customer service and operational management, Alejandro's career reflects a strong commitment to solving problems from a people-centered perspective. Alejandro earned their degree from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez between 2008 and 2013.
