Alex Elfenbein

Alex Elfenbein, PMP, is a skilled professional in supply chain subcontract management and a lean advocate. With experience spanning multiple roles at RTX and other organizations, Alex specializes in optimization of supply chain processes, risk management, and business process improvements. They earned a B.S. in Public Affairs summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas and are certified as a Project Management Professional. In previous roles, Alex has significantly increased efficiency through automation and has led initiatives to enhance compliance and supplier resilience. Outside of work, Alex enjoys volunteering with their local writing community and raising chickens.
