Allison Oviatt has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, having served in various roles at Raytheon and Raytheon Technologies from 2017 to 2022. Currently, Allison holds multiple senior management positions at RTX, including Senior Manager of Compensation and Associate Director of Total Rewards. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
