Allison Pingel

Allison Pingel is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently, Allison serves as the Director of Talent Development & Learning at RTX, having previously held various leadership roles at Collins Aerospace, including Associate Director of Talent & HR Integration. Prior to that, Allison worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where roles included Business Process Architect, Business Process Consultant, and Business Project Manager, among others, focusing on strategic process improvements and project management initiatives. Allison's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
