Allison Raven

Allison Raven has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of HR Partner for Enterprise Infrastructure Services at RTX since 2024. Prior to this role, they held various positions including Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where they led critical initiatives in recruitment technology and process optimization. Allison previously worked as a Candidate Experience Manager at Pratt & Whitney and a District Manager at ALDI Stores, where they demonstrated strong leadership in staff training and recruitment efforts. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Informatics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA in Management Consulting from Penn State University.
