Amanda G. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon Technologies since June 2018, Amanda previously held the position of Manager III in System Engineering at Raytheon from April 2009 to October 2018, where responsibilities included guiding performance development and career growth for approximately 25 direct reports. Additionally, Amanda worked as a Principal Systems Engineer focusing on the engineering, integration, and testing of ground-based radar systems. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from July 2002 to March 2009, and serving as a Physicist and National Research Council Fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) from July 1999 to July 2002. Amanda holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Physics and Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
